This notice explains how Lujain (Commercial Registration 7017454237, VAT 310610702900003, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) handles the personal information you give us through this website, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
What we collect
When you request a quotation: your name, company, mobile number, email (optional), the shipment route and cargo details, and any notes you write. When you track a shipment: the job number and the last 4 digits of your mobile, used only to find your shipment. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies; the site only remembers your language choice in your browser.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare a quotation, run your shipment and keep the records Saudi law requires (for example tax invoices). We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Our staff only. If you choose to contact us by WhatsApp, Telegram or email, that message is also handled by that service under its own terms. Shipment details are shared with carriers, customs and authorities only as needed to move and clear your cargo.
How long we keep it
Quotation requests that do not become a shipment are kept for up to 2 years. Records of shipments and invoices are kept for as long as Saudi law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@qowah.co or messaging us on WhatsApp at +966 56 956 7292. We reply within 30 days.

ما نجمعه
عند طلب عرض سعر: الاسم والشركة ورقم الجوال والبريد الإلكتروني (اختياري) ومسار الشحنة وتفاصيل البضاعة وأي ملاحظات تكتبها. وعند تتبع شحنة: رقم العملية وآخر 4 أرقام من جوالك، لاستخدامها في العثور على شحنتك فقط. لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية أو تتبعية؛ يتذكر الموقع اختيار اللغة فقط في متصفحك.
لماذا نستخدمها
للرد على طلبك وإعداد عرض السعر وتنفيذ شحنتك والاحتفاظ بالسجلات التي يتطلبها النظام (مثل الفواتير الضريبية). لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها لتسويق غير ذي صلة.
من يطّلع عليها
موظفونا فقط. وإذا اخترت التواصل عبر واتساب أو تيليجرام أو البريد، تخضع الرسالة أيضًا لشروط تلك الخدمة. ونشارك تفاصيل الشحنة مع الناقلين والجمارك والجهات الرسمية بالقدر اللازم لنقلها وتخليصها فقط.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بطلبات عروض الأسعار التي لا تتحول إلى شحنة لمدة أقصاها سنتان، وبسجلات الشحنات والفواتير للمدة التي يتطلبها النظام.

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو سحب موافقتك بمراسلتنا على info@qowah.co أو عبر واتساب على +966 56 956 7292. نرد خلال 30 يومًا.
